Vérification d'accés pour une app

je retournerai plus un Https 403 Unauthorized plutot qu'un bool pour tester accès aux apps (comme ça les apps peuvent se trouver dans apps/{nom})

Le truc c'est que les apps sont toujours…

ordre = l'ordre dans la liste à gauche. genre je veux que l'horaire soit le premier, ...

et pour le /apps/registerRequests ça permet de dire au front si il doit loader une page ou non. à ce…
